"I’m super grateful for Dave, trying to keep stuff together. I mean it’s such a hard time right now everybody’s just kind of in a panic, we have more than half the restaurant basically laid off right now, but Dave’s trying his best to give people hours like me and the other chefs. So right now, it’s like…just keeping us floating kind of so, I’m super thankful for that.

We see all these headlines about how the restaurant industry is getting kind of crushed at this point, and hopefully, when this all comes back up we will have a better base to build off of because of that. I would be hopeful for a better ground base after this is all over.”

I would say use this time to like do something new, experiment. You know, we always talk about how we don’t have time to do anything and now it’s like we have all this time in the world…well you know what I mean…and I see half of my friends are just sitting at home playing video games. Take that time to learn and play the guitar, take that time to make some new dishes, work on cooking at home. 

Just keep on chugging, it’s all that we can do right?”
